Formation length: 10 days, 70 hours or 5 days, 35 hours dedicated to restauration profesionnals or people willing to settle themselves into take-away sells.

A list of accommodations is available. This list contains different possibilities of accomodation: hotels, apartment-hotels, bed and breakfasts, homestays ... We can of course help you make your booking
Purpose of the Training:
• Acquire all the technics and know-how necessary to the job of Pizza chef.
• During the second week, you will practise with the other participants in our application restaurant, with real clients, in order to test your new skills in "real" conditions... still under the supervision of a profesional instructor!
• Discover all the requirements linked to the company creation or purchase.
This training promotes professional insertion by allowing the intern an access to the job offers that regularly reach the school.
Teaching method, evolution assessment before validation
Constant educational face-to-face with the trainer in order to allow a permanent backing. This training will take place both in the cooking laboratory and in a dedicated Pizza application restaurant.
Following the training, you will be delivered a Training certificate from the Ecole Maître Pizzaiolo.
