Purposes of the Trainng:
- Identifying foods containing gluten.
- Offering a culinary alternative for gluten allergic persons.
- Thinking differently to generate creativity
Program of the course:
- Know the different flours... whatch out for the labels! " Know how to read and interpret the labels".
- Substitute products: What are they? Cooking demonstration & participation of the interns.
- Each day, make 5 proposals of "gluten free" recipes (2 salty /2 sweets), that is to say 12 recipes during the whole training period.
