Teaching method, evolution assessment before validation

Constant educational face-to-face with the trainer in order to allow a permanent backing. This training will take place both in the cooking laboratory and in a dedicated Crepperie application restaurant.

Following the training, you will be delivered a training certificate from the Ecole Maître Pizzaiolo.

Purpose:

• This course is adressed to beginners willing to become professional crêpiers cooks.

During those two weeks, you will learn everything you need to know to become a professional "crêpier" chief: starting from scratch, you will learn both the practical and the theoretical parts that will allow you work in a crêperie restaurant or even to open your own restaurant: cooking technics, recipes, menus, management, hygiene... 

During the second week, you will practise with the other participants in the school application restaurant, with real clients, in order to test your new skills in "real" conditions... still under the supervision of a profesional instructor!
