Purpose of the Training:
Educational methods - Evolution assessment before validation of your skills:
Constant educational face-to-face with the trainer in order to allow a permanent backing. This training will take place both in the cooking laboratory and in a dedicated teaching room for the theoretical part.
Following the training, you will be delivered a Training certificate from the Ecole Maître Crêpier.
